蔵下とは?

 

ユーグレナモールの近くにある市街地の中心にあります。

石垣島のホテルで総料理長を務めていたオーナーさんのお店だけあり、

こだわりの創作料理を堪能できる数少ない創作料理のお店!

盛り付けもこだわっており、石垣島の島野菜や魚介を目と口で両方楽しめます(*^^*)

蔵下のメニューは?

 

こちらがメニュー。

お通しのもずく

下に長いもが入っており、ただのもずく酢ではないことに始めから感動o(`ω´ )o

そこらへんの居酒屋とは違います!!

白レバーのブリュレとタラモディップ

白レバーは焦げ目が付いており、デザートのように上品な味でした。

タラモとは魚卵のことを言います。

明太子とマヨネーズとプチプチと口の中で弾けるタラモは絶品です。

ゴーヤチャンプルー

こちらも家庭の味というよりは、
ホテルで出てくるような高級なゴーヤチャンプルーです。

モッツァレラチーズの揚げ出し風

もう、なんておしゃれなんだろう、、、、

控えめな甘さのモッツァレラチーズに薄い衣が付いており、大人な味なんですよ。。。

もみじおろしとの相性が良すぎて女性が好みそうな一品。

マグロのステーキ

マグロの焼き加減が絶妙。盛り付けへのこだわりがすごい、、!
見るだけで満足しちゃいました( ;´Д`)

アダンの天ぷら

アダンはパイナップルと見た目はすごく似ていますが、たけのこのような味がします。

石垣島のパワーフード!

歯ごたえもシャキシャキしていて美味しい(*^^*)

長いものステーキ

出てきた瞬間、おしゃれすぎて目を疑いました、、、

そして上に乗っている燻製と長いもが相性バッチリで

お、おいしすぎる!( ;´Д`)

口に入れた瞬間の燻製の香りと長いものシャキシャキ感がアートのようです。。。

蔵下に行ったら絶対頼んでくださいっ

これだけ食べに行きたいくらいの大、大、大ヒット!

締めのバニラアイス

普通のお皿に乗っているアイスを想像したら、こんなに可愛いバニラアイスが出てきて感動/ _ ;

お店はしっとりした居酒屋なのに、出てくる品がホテル並で女子達大満足でした!!!

 

盛り付けまで楽しんでゆったり過ごすなら蔵下で決まり!

 

見た目の細部までこだわっており全ての料理に満足できるお店です。

夫婦で営んでいるようなので料理が出てくるのがゆっくりめなので早めに食べたいものは注文しましょう!
